We have established an ongoing self-care plan to commit to our wellness regularly. As we know, we can get those challenging days or moments and it is ok to increase our self-care as needed to meet needs as they arise. Feel free to take from this as needed, or give feedback during sessions to add to this and assist each other on your healing journey.

  • Decorate your home to feel inviting

  • Make a space that feels soothing for you, think in terms of your 5 senses

  • Connect with someone you haven't spoke with in a while on social media
